Oven BBQ Turkey Drumsticks

Cook Time: 1 hr 45 minutes Number of Servings: 4
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp Chili Powder
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
3 Pounds EdenValley Turkey Drumsticks
Instructions:
In small saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, cook onion,
stirring for 3 minutes until soft but not brown. Reduce heat to
low; stir in sugar, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from heat,
stir in ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard,
chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Arrange drumsticks in a
single layer in 13 x 19 inch baking dish, pour sauce over top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour basting
occasionally. Uncover and bake for 45 minutes longer.
