The cobblestone street is closed to traffic, which is very similar to the streetscape and buildings in Brussels. Specializing in fresh seafood and choice cut meats, prepared a number of different ways, the use of Belgian beer is a staple in the preparation of most fresh sauces and menu items. Authentic fresh Belgian waffles are made to order with a Belgian waffle iron. Mussels are offered in 19 different styles, cooked with various ingredients or served as platters.
