The aim of Untitled’s designer, Ian Greig, has been to create a space that is a modern, neutral showcase for the art displayed on its walls, tempered by detailed use of local materials, industrial products and craft traditions. This has enabled a contemporary look while avoiding cookie cutter modernism. Taking this another step further, this melding of the local, traditional and contemporary together with a touch of international flavour will also be a defining feature of our menu.
