Position Description: Coordinate all areas of the culinary and stewarding operation for the Sea Rover Marine restaurant. Offer creative ideas for menu items and food presentation. Provides a superior level of food, which meets the standards of the Sea Rover Marine Restaurant. Encouraging to others in helping them develop their skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisor or management position is preferred although not necessary
- Must be self motivated, organized, and patient, as well as have a passion for culinary arts
- Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling
- Understanding and Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Must be outgoing and willing to have fun
- Must be willing to guide others as a team leader
- Confident in ensuring a quality product is delivered to our guests
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
