To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Titanic, The Press Gang Restaurant & Oyster Bar is offering a rare dining experience – an authentic recreation of the final dinner served aboard the ill-fated ship from April 13- 16.

Menu items for the five-course dinner include, fresh oysters with ginger and cucumber, seared salmon with mousseline sauce, roasted pheasant breast, punch romaine sorbet, filet mignon, lamb rack and roast duck breast with an apple poultry reduction and, for dessert, Waldorf pudding and peach compote in a chartreuse sauce.  For the complete menu, visit: http://thepressgang.net/
